We recommend obtaining medical evacuation (air lift) insurance prior to departure. If you need to be flown out without it, things can get pricey. Vaccinations for Typhoid and Hepatitis is advised as is malarial medication as precautionary measures. A general medical checkup with your physician is also highly recommended.
